Watch Your Back When Raking Leaves

Raking leaves in the fall to some may seem like a chore and if you are not careful could cause serious harm to your shoulder, back or even your wrists.  Use a rake that feels comfortable and consider your height and strength.  Also switch your arm and leg motions often.   What I do to really avoid back injury is I use the Bos-Sheet. If you live in areas where it isn’t necessary to bag your leaves this is a real time saving and back saver.  Check it out…your “back” will thank you!

I think it also helps to wear gloves when raking, even if it’s not cold out. You want to avoid getting blisters. I don’t have any trees in my yard, but the neighbor’s leaves seem to make their way over every year. I will give the Bos-Sheet a try.
